  Had to have a tire replaced after receiving a flat driving the day before. Using the online appointment scheduler I was able to get in the next morning. Mavis was quick to replace the tire I even asked if they would remount my spare on my Durango *honestly its a hassle thats it's mounted up under the vehicle. Horrible call Mopar* and Brent assured me they would. On the way home I decided to stop and check and saw the spare in my trunk. I returned to Mavis and Brent was at the desk. I said "remember when I asked if they would remount the spare? Its in my trunk." he quickly apologized and asked for my keys to make sure it was done. Brent is awesome and makes sure customers are taken care of and we get the exact business we pay for. 10/10 guy. Deserves a raise for his professionalism, kindness, and ensuring everything is done properly. 🖤

  Lovely staff, I came in for what I thought was a minor problem and they solved it quick and efficiently. I will definitely be going back.

  Stopped by the Mavis in Pottsville today for an inspection and an oil change, Will, Christian and Hope were very informative on the whole process and got my car done in a timely manner. I will definitely be back for all of my repairs!

  The employees at Mavis in Schuylkill Haven today (4/17/26, 10:45am) went above and beyond to help me with a flat tire. When they didnt have the size I needed, they graciously put on my spare so I could drive to another service center. The tow truck left me there without a way to get 4 miles up the road (avoid Keystone towing out of Leesport), but Mavis employees ensured that I wouldnt need to order another tow, and they got me to where I needed to go. So much appreciated, and I will forever be a fan of Mavis!!

  My significant other and I took her vehicle in for inspection at Mavis in Trexlertown that needed nothing but a sticker, with the vehicle completely in compliance. The mechanic had to change the plate however and screws were rusted. Instead of applying WD40 or Rust Buster spray as I requested, he torqued the screws and snapped them. He then proceeded to extract the remaining screw and charge $175 for 10 minutes of labor. REALLY ??? Is this "fair and right to other consumers" ?? BEWARE OF ANY LABOR CHARGES AT MAVIS OF $175 in Trexlertown.
