  Although the oil changes are probably the cheapest in the area, I would not recommend for any other service. I brought my truck in six months ago for an oil change And the guy at the front desk tried to diagnose an issue without actually doing the testing told me I had a bad water pump and it had to be replaced. ( he said It was ready to over heat and he will insist so be mindful). Well, I took the truck back where I purchased it from. They did a whole bunch of pressure testing and nothing came back leaking six months later I still have my antifreeze topped off. No loss of fluid at all! My concern is, I’m glad I didn’t have them go right ahead and fix it,($1000 Fix) because it was not necessary, there is nothing wrong with the water pump. So as a precaution, always get a second opinion when you come to this place and get a diagnosis. And I’m not out the $1000!

  Took my car an 06 Mitsubishi in for a power steering fluid leak. They went above and beyond for me making sure that things were fixed correctly. They also replaced my exhaust system since the last mechanic I went to basically covered up the leak and charged me for a new exhaust system. I can’t thank the guys here enough for making sure that I was safe. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning if I should need anything else worked on. See you at inspection time.

  This was my first visit to Jim’s Automotive Specialists.I scheduled an oil change for my Lexus. Mark was very professional, accommodating and answered all my questions in detail. I will be returning in May for my inspection and emissions testing. Happy with the service.

  I want to take a moment to highly recommend Jim’s Automotive . The service they provide is truly excellent. I went in for an oil and filter change, and they also performed a full inspection of my car and did some recommendations . From the very beginning, their service was professional, clear, and very respectful. One thing I truly appreciate is how they always take the time to answer all my questions with patience and honesty. As a woman, I know that handling car-related services can sometimes feel uncomfortable or even intimidating, but with them, it has been the complete opposite. Their professionalism and expertise make me feel comfortable, confident, and at ease every time I bring my car in. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. Even though I’ve moved a bit farther away, I still choose to go to them without hesitation. The trust they’ve built, their consistency, and the great experience I always have with them make it absolutely worth it. I highly recommend them with full confidence.

  Hi Jim, I just wanted to reach out and thank you again for the motor you installed in my SRX. It’s still doing great. Really amazing work and I truly appreciate it. 🙏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just wanted to share my experience with Jim at Specialized Automotive in Pennsylvania. About 8–9 years ago he installed a motor in my 2006 Cadillac SRX, and it’s still running great today. That really says a lot about the quality of his work. It’s hard to find workmanship like that anymore. Jim did an amazing job and I truly appreciate the care and skill he put into it. Thank you again for the great w.
