  I had a great experience using the enterprise in Limerick. The staff was very nice and made sure I was comfortable in the rental I would be driving. They met me at the body shop where I dropped my car, and let me leave my rental at the body shop when my car was ready for me. They took care of getting the rental back to enterprise. Would definitely recommend.

  I talked with enterprise the day before picking up my rental car to confirm the time. Then an hour before my reservation all of a sudden I got a call saying they did not have a car for me anymore. I took an Uber to work that morning specifically so I could pick the car up on my way home. I ended up wasting about $80 total since I then had to take an Uber back home from work since they said they didn't have a car for me even though I had a reservation. When I complained they acted like they didn't care at all and it wasn't there problem. I asked if they could reimburse me for the Uber since the only reason I spent the money on it was so I could pick up the rental car at the agreed upon time and they said no. It was ridiculous if you don't have cars available then you shouldn't confirm reservations and say that you do.
