I am someone who can advocate for myself very well so for the people who cannot I feel even worse for them. Every single problem I have had so far has been absolutely brutal trying to resolve. That being said after being on the phone many a times and going thru the process of getting past the automations and getting a real person on the phone (hours sometimes) I MIGHT get some help. But right now I have a dire situation that I needed help with immediately because of a mistake they made and the response I got was less than helpful. I actually felt the disrespect radiate thru the email. Terrible company with very low business and moral ethics.I strongly recommend EVERYONE go with another company DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO WITH INTOXALOCK.
