    Another great experience with Enterprise in Pottstown, this company hires great people. The cleanliness of the vehicles is a top priority. My car was clean and neat. The staff will do whatever it takes to make sure you understand how the car operates and if you need help with the car's navigation, audio, or satellite - they will help you set up. Highly recommend Anthony B, who helped me. Thank you for the great service.

    The staff were friendly and helpful. The Jeep I rented was clean, drove great. And the ride home I got when I turned the rental is was nice. Overall great experience.

    Do not book! This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have utilized Enterprise for years and never had an issue until today. Highly recommend going elsewhere. If you do choose choose this location plan on not having a vehicle even if you have a reservation. and them wasting your time. They will also tell you they will have a vehicle and then call 15 minutes prior and tell you it isn't available.

    Not happy with the experience. The prices are way too high. The woman named Ashley is beyond rude and not customer friendly at all. She shouldn’t be working in customer service. She leaves threatening voicemails and does not work with customers or understanding their circumstances, especially the disabled.
