  I don't know where to begin. I'm in my 2nd year living in Pottstown (coming from Philadelphia) and this has been my first time in my 34 years of existence renting a vehicle. Prior to renting a vehicle from this location, I did my due diligence and peaked through the reviews and realized there were some yays and nays, so I decided to try it for myself and boy, I am beyond ecstatic that I did. Anthony was absolutely phenomenal and exceptional when processing my rental. Even though I didn't get the vehicle of my choosing, Anthony suggested another vehicle that was just as good and conducive for my trip to Buffalo, NY, especially in this current weather. However, because of the weather in Buffalo, I needed an extension on my rental for my return back to PA. Anthony graciously extended my rental and WAIVED the FEE. How about them apples? The vehicle I rented from Anthony was spacious, clean, and durable for my trip to Buffalo over this past weekend. I was in and out on the road with my rental in a matter of 45 seconds between my pickup and drop off. Anthony and the rest of the crew at Enterprise, you guys ROCK!! Happy Holidays and Happy New Year...

  They don’t have the cars it says online!!!! Be careful booking with Pottstown enterprise!!!! Got there today and they didn’t have the car we reserved… The guy said they called us and left a voicemail days ago to let us know the car we booked wouldn’t be there….we never got a call… never got a voicemail….then we asked if he’d look at any other locations he did something on his computer and then told us no other branch had the car we reserved…. Well guess who’s going to a different branch and getting the car that we originally reserved? This girl! This Pottstown location never called to let us know the reservation we placed wouldn’t be there and then clearly refused to search up other locations inventory since we are on route to the next location as I write this. Pottstown location is not where you want to go. Absolutely ridiculous, it’s a good thing we didn’t have flights to catch this time. I’m not sure I’ll be back to enterprise as this is the second time they’ve messed up my reservations.

  Booked a Premium Crossover with them 4 days before we were traveling because we needed room for a considerable amount of cargo. They called me the next day and informed me they might not be able to provide a 7 passenger vehicle but would provide me with a 5 passenger SUV. I called the next day to see if they could confirm the vehicle and, after 5 minutes of vague answers, they replied they couldn't but most likely would be the 5 seater...then added "or sedan." I was shocked. I replied so what you're telling me is that there really isn't an SUV and it most likely be a sedan which will definitely not work, right?" And I finally got an honest answer....yes, that's correct. Had they told me this the first time they called instead of lying, I would have just canceled and booked with someone else. But, after lying to me for two days, there were no more large vehicles left at the other rental agency. AND.. they weren't even going to give me a price break ON THEIR MISTAKE. I have been renting from this location for 20+ years for both business and personal usage. Never again for screwing up my holiday plans.
