I think I know why, but I won’t go there but based off another review from someone of my demographic, it’s very telling. I’d be curious to know the color of the woman’s husband who they thought “stole” a few weeks ago too. Left and they lost a sale. I will never go back to this store and will be sharing with others.

- SJSara JonesOct 5, 20251.0Unacceptable accusation and unprofessional behavior toward my husband - My husband stopped into this AutoZone twice today while trying to fix my car’s brakes. During his second visit around 2:40 PM, he was at the self-checkout when an employee suddenly came out from behind the counter and said, “Seriously, dude?” in an aggressive tone — accusing him of stealing the part he had just paid for. My husband was completely shocked. He even offered to show proof of his transaction on his phone, and the employee just replied, “Nah, it’s okay,” and walked away. That is not how a situation like that should be handled. If you’re going to accuse someone of theft, you should be absolutely sure — and if you realize you were wrong, the least you can do is apologize. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. You never know what someone is going through, and this unnecessary confrontation made an already difficult time even harder — we just lost our dog, who was like family to us. I hope management takes this seriously and reminds their staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism at all times. This is strictly for the male that was working at the high street auto zone at 2:40pm today, Sunday October 5th
