  Mark is amazing! Quoted less than 7 competitors. Got me in next day. Motor mount change and van ready before I finished lunch across the street. Couldn’t ask for more.

  I was charged $3.99 to fill fluids (wind shield wiper fluid.etc) IT WAS NOT DONE. When I got home I had to fill. I'm not very happy. I think I will find somewhere different for oil changes!

  Honestly don't know where to start. Made an appointment for inspection and emissions for 5 pm today. Showed up and the kid behind the desk said the guy doing inspections was done at 5, and the other guy wasnt in. Said all he could do was move my appointment to another day. Asked for the managers name and phone number and was told "I can't give out people's information". Walked out and was stopped by Katie (was outside helping another customer), she explained this was not her normal store and she would have my inspection done at her location tomorrow at the Monro off library road. Can't say I will be back at this location but thank goodness for Katie and her willingness to go out of her way and help a disgruntled customer.
