First he tries telling me its a rare part only available at a dealership... and that I had to come back tuesday and repay the money paid for safety inspection... but he would give me my emissions sticker...when I called my car friend with car knowledge, Mark changed his story and said there were parts available at a higher cost at autozone right then and there... he finds the part at an autozone not even a mile down the road. The work is performed, all is fine... Carvana told me the shop owner had to file a claim with silver rock... the shop owner refused this!! When carvana called the shop to clarify things that happened, he gave a different name, refused to get on the line with both myself and carvana customer service and lied and said that I wanted the work performed and that he never denied my safety inspection sticker.... lies all lies. Dishonest practices and shady!!! Avoid!!
- MDmichael dimperioOct 6, 20251.0I went Saturday to get tires mounted for my vehicle 100 percent of the time when new tires are installed they’re balanced I caught them mounting my tires and not balancing them. When I went outside to talk to the manager and the technician the technician immediately started lying to my face saying that they were bigger tires and did not need balanced. They ended taking all the tires and balancing them after I said something, but if I wasn’t a person who didn’t have some vehicle knowledge they would’ve just let it go. The kicker is i started driving down the road and the weight on my front passenger tire came FLYING OFF smacking off the under carriage of my truck because it was installed by a lazy technician who wanted to do a lazy job.
