  I went in looking for a more expensive vehicle, but was redirected to a more affordable and appropriate option. They understood what I needed, and did not try to simply make a sale. My salesman was Mike, whom I highly regard as someone with the customers best interest in mind. I was also helped by the manager, Gerry, who was able to get me into my new XC60 without going over my budget. I wanted a 2025 XC60 with under 20k miles, but was convinced that since I was adding the 10 year/unlimited mile warranty anyway, it would be more logical to purchase my current Volvo (A 2023 with 45k). I would recommend this company and it's sales team to family and friends.

  We purchased a beautiful XC90 this past week and what a wonderful experience we had with Trevor! He is so very knowledgeable of Volvo, inside and out, whatever questions we had he answered confidently and with such a positive attitude. He was extremely courteous, kind and respectful, offered to call him with any questions we have moving forward~ really went above and beyond. He made our experience so positive!

  If you are looking for a new or pre-owned Volvo or other high quality pre-owned vehicle look no further than Ken Pollock Volvo. Ask for Eric Peters. Eric made the entire process easy and pressure-free. He’s professional, friendly, patient, and knows everything about every car. He gave us time to walk the lot and look at cars without any pressure. When we narrowed it down to two cars he took the time to explain the features and benefits of each car. He never pressured us into buying. He helped us get a very fair price on our trade and the XC40 we bought. The finance team did their job and made buying it easy, getting us a great rate. Thank you Eric and the whole team!
