There’s no way on earth you should have only one register open at 4:30 in the afternoon. And then, when there are five or six of us in line and another young lady goes to open the second register, the woman at the first register stops her and says “no you’re OK. I’m good.” YOU may be “good,” but those of us in line are not. This was only exacerbated by the fact that half of the gas pumps seem to go on strike at the same time and required people to go inside and ask for the pumps to be reset (mine still didn’t work, so I left). I realize things happen, stores get busy, and gas pumps malfunction. However, this could be alleviated by management having more than one register open at a busy time of the day.

They do the best they can. Place can be a madhouse due to the amount of trucks in and out of here. Showers and staff are good.

Two Western Express drivers had their airline cut. One was done in a parking spot while she was asleep. A second driver has his cut while his truck was parked at the pull forward line. He said he went into the store to use the restroom and get Wendy's after fueling when he came back his trainer tires stop rolling as he was driving away. When asked the store cashier for camera footage. He was told that the video barely shows the incident. I call bs on the cashier claim about the camera visibility.
