- BGBrendon GlidewellNov 16, 20251.0I reserved parking at this location at 10am knowing I would get here late. Showed up to find out they dont enforce it because of a safety policy. So dont bother paying for parking here its a waste of money. As a side note, selling spaces claiming they are reserved and not reserving them weather you issue a refund or not is Fraud and pilot has about 6 more months of this policy before I see them being sued for it. If you are selling a service you need to be offering that service, so if you aren't enforcing paid parking you need to stop offering paid parking. Everyone that paid for parking tonight was scammed when people that didnt pay were allowed to park there for free, and should be entitled to a refund as well. If the store cannot enforce this policy they need to hire security that can or get the police and tow companies involved to trespass drivers or have their equipment towed for illegally parking on private property.
