The manager I believe his name was Morrice was very rude and demeaning to my wife. I will never do business with any Mavis location due to this experience. UPDATE: I called and spoke with the representative today but the entire call felt like just going through the paces for PR reasons and not taken seriously. I'm starting to feel that MAVIS is using a commission up sell incentive with their employee as their business model and this often leads employees to practice unethical unnecessary upsells for their personal gain.

My wife also stopped by one morning with a low tire 1 of the mechanics helped her out and just accepted a thank you for his effort. This is specifically in reference to the Pittston Bypass location.

No, instead I lose another 600 at their other store because I had to pay for their labor to not fix my car either, and still not reimburse me for the original parts that never fixed my car. And Consumer Solutions wants you to do their job for them. Absolutely zero help from these people. Thanks for nothing!!
