I will also be getting breaks done In the next 3 weeks. The team was 10 out of 10. the gentlemen at the counter Fred was polite, well spoken and very informative 10/10 I was keeping an eye on the Tech and he did everything 100% including the Torque procedures on the lug nuts 10/10. Would strongly recommend. I will be bringing may car here for all needs. Mavis at all locations has never disappointed me or my family.

They gave me a list of issues and said I would need in excess of $1000-5000 work done in order to pass. I am very familiar with my car but know I don't look like I would, so I was extremely skeptical and denied work done. During a weekday I went to a very reputible shop and even listed all the concerns that they somehow mentioned. Sure enough I passed with no real issue and they were confused as to the possible issues I mentioned. Least of my issues but on top of this I scheduled my appointment for 10am in advance and still didn't get my car back until 2:30pm after repeatedly being told it'll be done in an hour. They only lifted my car once I showed back up in person to ask about it at 1:30. This shop is the exact kind to worry about when you hear horror stories of mechanics.
