I had the pleasure of buying a used truck from this dealership. Initially I inquired about the truck on auto trader. The salesman Erik contacted me immediately. He was very professional and accommodating throughout the entire process of my purchase. Any question I had was answered in a very timely manner. He was not pushy one bit! (as most of my experiences with salesman have been) Erik was amazing to work with as well as everyone I delt with at Ken Pollock Volvo. I would recommend this team (especially Erik) to anyone who is in search of a new (or used) vehicle.

Trevor introduced himself to us while we were shopping for a used Volvo. THIS is the guy you want to talk to!! Trevor Is extremely knowledgeable in all things Volvo. Not only did he know about all the bells & whistles of the car, but he was also very knowledgeable about Volvo as a corporation and the evolution of its cars over the years. Trevor is courteous, patient, and honest. The Ken Pollack Volvo Management and staff were a wonderful to work with. The General Manager, Cory, was honest, fair, and worked with us in getting the best deal possible. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend giving them a visit!

Had a great new car buying experience! Cory helped us figure out the deal, Chelsea showed us all the car's features, and David took care of the paperwork. Feeling great about the new purchase and looking forward to going back to the dealership for scheduled maintenance etc.
