  The team at Ken Pollock Volvo are very knowledgeable and informative. I particularly worked with Eric Peters and was one of my best experience (if not the best) I'm out of state and my availability to travel there was limited to only weekends, and Eric was very diligent to explaining all the features of the vehicle, sending videos and photos so I could see in detail and prep ahead my visit. When I got there was exactly what we discussed. Left very happy with Volvo XC90. Ask for him if you are purchasing any car here!

  Just leased a new Volvo XC90 from Ken Pollock and have nothing but amazing things to say. I worked with Eric Peters and Cory Hendry, they are both excellent. I test drove 8 different vehicles at various dealerships across 2 states before deciding on this one. I can confidently say Eric was the best sales person I worked with throughout this process by far. He is extremely knowledgeable on the product, very efficient, and honest. I was on a time crunch to get into a new vehicle same day as I was an out of state buyer, both Eric and Cory made it happen with ease. Eric is thorough, takes the time to answer any and all questions, and also understands what’s important to you specifically when buying a vehicle. After running numbers a time or 2 I left feeling like a I got a great deal on a great car from honest people. Highly recommend Ken Pollock Volvo!

  This dealership doesn't "go the extra mile" nor communicate very well. After several rounds of negotiations and eventually speaking with a sales manager, we ended up purchasing our CPO 25.5 XC90 in Vapor Gray 4k cheaper out-the-door and 5k less miles at Smythe Volvo in Summit, NJ. Not only does Ken Polk have a lot of vehicles with unnecessary front license plates, but most vehicles are only "fair deals" with 16k plus miles. Polk Sales person also said NJ would hit us with high processing fees and triple check their final processing, but again this Pa Pollock dealership was wrong and/or misleading.

  *****Looking to downsize in anticipation of life's next stage for my wife and me; we "happened" upon this gorgeous 2022 XC60 which was a lease; one owner, and perfect for me to use both personally and professionally. *(Being a Wilkes-Barre funeral director, this car was ideal to employ as a lead vehicle in our funeral processions). As a husband, it was the also the perfect size to take my wife shopping for groceries and items to further spoil our grandsons. We did have a decent trade with low miles, which gave us a lower balance to pay off. The BEST PART of this story is our interaction with MR. ERIC PETERS, our sales concierge for this experience. Eric was MOST helpful in explaining the safety and comfort benefits of VOLVO; making this decision quite simple. Even at delivery he stated he wasn't satisfied with the status of our oil cap which led to us to receiving a loaner XC90 for the week. Although this situation caused some concern for us at first; we were then assured the technical staff of KEN POLLOCK VOLVO installed fresh mechanical parts to make our engine practically brand new for many miles of safe and trouble-free enjoyment! THANK YOU MR. ERIC PETERS!
