    They do not explain what is wrong and how it is affecting the car. They talk around the issue to get u to pay for whatever without substantial explanation. Picked up my car not fixed and fed a BS line about how the ecm controls my non electric thermostat (which it doesnt). They have never spoke to me like an educated adult in the years I have gone there for maintenance. Im Done.
