- JBJen BergmanApr 1, 20265.0I have NEVER had a bad experience at this Valvoline (Pleasant Hills location). The workers are ALWAYS very courteous, knowledgeable and explain things very thoroughly. I have gone out of my way and sat through construction traffic on 51 even though I could’ve went somewhere closer to my house, to come here. The workers definitely make it worth it!! I very highly recommend this place to anyone.

They do not fill your fluids properly, break your car without telling you, my dipstick, and then jam it in so I had to figure out how to figure it out without breaking it and getting it stuck in my line. Called customer service after I wanted to check my oil and couldn't , led nowhere, no response, no compensation. I don't allow uneducated and unprofessional people do anything to my car, and I will not be back. And now I'm told there was no service or record even thou they scan your car into the computer before service and I contacted the reps who handel this situation. But yet nothing and it's been well over a month.
