  I came in here at almost 6:30 and was treated like a celebrity. Gavin and Troy both were so professional and gave me all kinds of information with just everything on keeping up with my car. Just so respectful and beautiful employees representing Valvoline on McKnight road.

  Very busy at the time I showed up, but the wait was what you could expect for being busy, not bad. The tech, Asst Manager Rice, was excellent, efficient professional & knowledgeable. 4 members ob duty working together as a team. This will be my go to for future oil changes.

  We had another excellent experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change on McKnight Rd! From the moment I pulled in, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They walked me through everything they were doing, explained my options clearly without any pressure, and had me back on the road in no time. What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer service—they checked multiple components beyond just the oil and made sure my car was in great shape overall. The convenience of staying in my car during the service was a huge plus too. It’s not often you find a place that combines speed, transparency, and genuine care for customers, but this location absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quick, reliable service! We’ll be back again.

  When I arrived at the location, there was no car in the bay, so it was not busy. I saw three different employees - one was sitting on the curve, one was smoking near the bay door, and another one was eating a hamburger in the office… I am not sure if they were having a bad day or they were just about to quit the job, but the kid - Gavin was doing his job like “whatever, I don’t care”. As I pulled into the bay, he said “shut the car off”, “open the door”, “close the door”, “turn the car on”, etc. He did not do the 18 points checking. I had to ask him to put some air into my tires, fill up the windshield fluid. And change the oil. That’s it. No other check points, no smiling, no greeting, all I hear was commands and attitudes. It was like he hates his job so much. I have no problem with people taking small breaks when there is no customers, but this is beyond that and it is not ok. The kid needs to be trained on his communication and attitude with customers. Anyway, I was excited for the oil change with Vavoline that near my home - I have been using Vavoline for long time, but I was a bit upset and surprised on that. I like Vavoline, just please make sure new employees get proper training. I hope I will have better experience on my next visit. Updated (04/05/2026): Customer service reached out to me and addressed the problem. That's how it should works. I am updating my review. I hope they can keep the customer service consistent.

  I had a great first time experience at Valvoline! Al was very thorough in explaining the services. The whole experience was great but one thing that stood out to me was when my vehicle had an alert that my engine filter needed changed and he took the time to actually show me the filter so I could decide if I’d like to move forward with having it changed. I very much appreciate the transparency. I love that the service was quick, easy, and I didn’t even have to get out my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Valvoline and will continue using them for my own oil changes moving forward!
