  3hrs to get in shop truck pushing anti freeze told them probably head gasket told me radiator cap was bad .told them service was bringing me a truck from west Virginia told me i was good to go with this one got 79 miles up the road out of antifreeze 2hrs mobile mechanic came said the same thing head gasket or egr 3hrs for them 2 bring me the other truck I was supposed to get .then no mattress for the bottom bunk had to take it out of the other truck .5 times for road side because of antifreeze issues

  This shop mechanics don’t know how to properly diagnose def problems I came in with two check engine lights on the screen on the dashboard saying def issues all they did is put it in manual registration and say it is fixed I left there and about 200 miles later the check engine light came back on with the the same issue I went to a different Penske shop and they found what the problem actually was and fixed it correctly I won’t go back to this shop again there mechanics don’t know how to properly diagnose issues with trucks very poor service here

  have nothing else to do? Call this guys they will for sure make wait maybe an hour in a good day! Are confused about what you need? no worries this guys are more confused about what they actually do than you will ever be in your entire life! What a waste of time!

  Worst experience ever with Penske. We dropped our truck off on October 1st just to replace the starter, and it’s still not fixed. Every time we call, they have a new excuse — they did not even ordered the part until recently and now they ordered the wrong part and still waiting. Absolutely terrible service.

  The manager Jason has absolutely no respect for his employees up there working the counter. The one gentleman Carmen was helping me get checked out and Jason was hounding him with questions in the middle of dealing with me. This is the 4th manager I’ve seen there in the last year throughout my time as a customer. What kind of people are they hiring for these positions if they keep turning over!!!
