  Do NOT go to this location. Asst. Manager (acting manager) Jim has some of the worst customer service skills. He yelled at us. Why? Because we were informed AFTER they took off our two bad tires that —-You ordered the wrong tire size!—- Pardon me? No. We had our two back tires replaced at NTB and when I made the appt, they asked for the phone number and the vehicle. That was it. Then after getting us in, and our old tires off, they said no, the tires were $20 more each. Excuse me?! Then he blamed us. And yes, I raised my voice but then he started yelling at us. A manager at a retail location should NEVER yell at a customer. I have worked plenty of retail jobs in the past. I asked for the name and number for the regional manager and he refused. When I told him to call them as this was a bait and switch, he refused and he snatched my car’s key card. I finally had to pay the extra amount and then be on the phone with corporate for 30 minutes for them to fix what he should have fixed from the start. NTB corporate did refund the difference but I have to wait until tomorrow for it to clear back into my account. Yes, I had to go back into the store and he was not happy. The staff at the McMurray location are waaaaay nicer. Go there. I will NEVER return to the Home Drive location of NTB ever again unless they terminate that Asst Manager.

  I went in to have a tire plugged and was very appreciative that they accommodated me so quickly. Before the work was done, I specifically mentioned that my rim (valued at $1,500) was brand new and in pristine condition, and I wanted to make sure it stayed that way. I was told, “we will do our best.” Unfortunately, the rim was returned with multiple scratches and 1 to 2 gouges. When I brought this to the attention of the gentleman at the front desk, the response I received was again, “we do our best.” There was no apology, no acknowledgement of the damage, and no discussion about how they might make it right. On top of that, my valve stem cap was missing. I mentioned this as well, and I was first given a cap that was not mine. A second attempt resulted in a gray cap that also was not mine. Even after a third attempt, my original cap could not be found. I ultimately asked for a full set of four matching caps, but they were still not my originals. Attention to detail and quality workmanship matter, especially when servicing higher-end vehicles. Based on this experience, I would recommend this shop only if you are not particularly concerned about cosmetic care. If you value careful handling and high-end vehicle attention, this may not be the place for you.

  They got me in right away for a tire patch, after picking up a screw. Quick and reasonably priced.

  Very disappointed with the service at this tire shop. I came to buy a tire, but the employee had a very rude attitude and did not treat me with respect. Customer service is very important, and this experience was not good at all.
