  Mike, Larry and Justin were super helpful and transparent when I took my car in too get a quick alignment. They made sure everything was perfect to a tee and were very efficient. 10/10

  Was very happy with the service. Got a low pressure warning and found a nail in my tire. Checked the website the next morning and made an appointment the very same day. Matt called right away to ask for more information and said they would add a patch. Car was taken back quickly and was completed within the expected time. There is a comfortable waiting room, but there is also shopping and restaurants in walking distance. All around great service.

  I bought two new Uniroyal Power Paw tires from NTB mavis Greentree Road. Paid $400.00 instead of two new black tires I got two old looking dirty, muddy tires. I question it and was told that was because the warehouse was dirty! If I can’t get someone to look into this I will talk to a lawyer. These tires looked like they were sitting around for a long time.

  Avoid this location complete lack of respect for customers' time. I called ahead for a tire leak, gave my info for an appointment, and was told it would be a one-hour wait. I agreed to wait in the lobby. Two hours later, my car hadn't even been touched. When I asked for an update, they started making excuses about only having one technician, yet they were pulling in other cars that arrived long after me. They prioritize "drop-offs" over the people actually sitting in their waiting room with scheduled appointments. Don't bother making an appointment here they won't honor it. Unprofessional and dishonest about wait times.

  The service here was great! About a month ago I had to get my wheel welded by a guy NTB recommended and shortly after I had to reseal the tire again because of the misaligned fitting as a result of the repair (in some way to be expected). NTB added sealant to my tire and sent me on my way. I was in and out in under 45min. Incredible customer service, thorough and will be offering them business with any future repairs.
