  It's been a few years since my last review (which was done on another review site) and since I recently came in, it's time for a new review, especially at their new location within PIT airport. Service is still great! Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly! The selection of vehicles in the Executive Isle was amazing, more than one BMW to choose from and I snagged a fully loaded X3, which was amazing to drive and was brand new, only a thousand miles on it. Checking back in was easy too! The best part is that with PIT's new main, landside terminal, everything it walkable without taking a silly tram or train... Love this! National Car Rental is still the BEST!

  Easy rental process where you dont have to wait in line. You also get to select what car you want that fits your needs the best.

  Had a flight delay from Denver that landed at 2:30 AM, at the national desk by 2:50 which is almost 2 hours after they close. The thing about it is I called from the Denver airport and was told they have the flight info and will wait the 2 hours so I can get a car. Showed up to a closed desk. Lack of transparency and would rate worse if I could
