  The customer service here is fantastic! I made the mistake of using metal valve caps on my tires, which corroded and became stuck. I called and spoke with Josh who told me to swing by and he'd see what he could do. When I got there, he had me pull over to the first open bay and immediately started working on my car. Not only was he able to quickly resolve my issue, he was very friendly and explained what caused it. I'm very satisfied with both the work done and the interaction. Thanks again, Josh!

  I took my car to this shop on 2/7/26 looking to get my brakes fixed, the loud popping sound I heard while driving and anything else I needed to pass inspection. After the diagnostic they said I needed 4 tires, a right front hub and barring assembly, left front inter tie rod, exhaust gasket, high mount brake bulb, wiper blades and an alignment. The price they gave me was $2300 for everything. I called around to some other shops to price compare and every other shop I got in contact with charged under $2000 for the work but because it was urgent and I didn't want to take any more risk driving the car in its condition i had them get started. I picked my car up the following day and the break light was still on which was an immediate a red flag. I went back in and told the mechanic that worked on my car about it and he said "Im not sure why it's still on but maybe after you drive it around it will register and turn off". I also noticed the tires did not look new; from the dirt on them to within minutes of me driving off the TPMS light came on indicating I need to put air in my tires I just bought. Last but not least my acceleration would have a hard time keeping up with a turtle, which was not an issue before I took my car to this shop. I called them back 2/12/26 addressing the issues Im experiencing with my car due to a lack of proper work and diagnostic from Mr Tire's mechanic. During the call I told the manager about my acceleration, my tire pressure, and my brake light still being on, which again was already supposed to be taken care of in my first payment. They scheduled me for today 2/21/26 8:00am. When I got there the manager told me that they can only look at the tires and one other thing I don't want to misquote, but they don't have anyone that can check on my acceleration problem which was my most important things I needed fixed. Why I wasn't made aware of that before I drove all the way there Im not sure. He also told me I would have to pay additional cost for this work. I find that ridiculous, they are over priced and won't even get all the work done properly. They basically are trying to charge me extra money for a problem that should have already been fixed. I would NEVER go to this shop again nor would I recommend Mr Tire to ANYONE.
