- DMDana MartinApr 6, 20264.0I wasnt pleased at first bc appt was scheduled to get 4 tires put on but had to come back next day bc there was only 1 mechanic which..returned to meet manager Jenn she was apologetic and offered me a drink while I waited and was very nice and pleasant to speak with. Assuring me that they are working on the wait time and etc. She's was very professional and I definitely appreciate her and her kindness. Hopefully they get another mechanic as good as Kevin hes seems to be a very hard worker..I definitely observed that.

My only issue was wait time, even with the manager on duty moving things around to get me out faster I still had to wait for over 2 hours. When you make an appointment and note that you will be waiting you want the schedule to be kept. I feel like this is no fault to the mechanics, but more so the app taking on more than what they can do. If we can change that I would have had a 5 not a 4 stare experience.
