  The doors were locked when i arrived after their opening time. They thoroughly inspected my car and performed an emmissions test for me. My car needed extensive work which they quoted but it was far more than I wanted to spend or even what the car is worth. The emissions test was reasonably priced. They kept me informed of what was needed so I didnt have to keep checking status. They wouldnt take payment over the phone which was weird.

  Katie was a life saver. Had an appointment at the location off Clairton Blvd, they failed to communicate that they would not be able to keep my inspection/emissions appointment. He had nothing else to say, not an apology or anything. Katie stopped me on my way out while she was helping someone else out. She was able to get me in to the shop she normally works out of (this one) the next day. She was extremely apologetic for the way the gentleman at the other location handled it.

  I found this spot because my Daughter recommended it when I moved here. The service is great & Scott is great and explains what’s needed & the cost. I’ll return for a quote on something else & the state inspection and this is my go to place for whatever I need!

  I am a very anxious person when it comes to anything car-service related. Katie was SUCH a gem to someone like me who gets nervous like that. I waited in the office while they worked on my car and she seriously eased my mind just by chit chatting and being friendly. She is the best! (and the guys too but know, mostly Katie ;) )
