  Fast friendly and predictable. Dennis was very knowledgeable and explained everything that my van needed and was up front about pricing. In an out in a “jiffy” thank you guys.

  First time and last time, one of the employees was so rude to me, my car hood latched is broken , I tried to get in and open it for them, and that guy was really rude when he told me to not get there, there was no sign that says employees area only. Go back to Valvoline people.

  Horrible service was told services were performed later on the same day my windshield washer fluid is low when receipt says changed? Who to say they change oil! go to any other place jiffy lube horrible also they suppose to vacuum Car did not do also.

  Horrible, horrible, horrible! I witnessed a female employee who stated that she was the manager being sworn at by a very large male figure. The whole time in the waiting room, both the customers and I could not believe it. We all sat there in idle disbelief at the awful language that was being used. I prayed to God the whole time that the negative energy would not affect my vehicle. I had just had an oil change there about a month ago in which I only used 900 miles whenever she looked-me up in the computer . I had never had any other problems and had just had my vehicle checked out. I was then told that my oil “looked gunky” and that there were some sort of issue. I had literally just been there one month before for an oil change, but I noticed it had been burning and burning and smelling ever since my oil change from there. This is the reason why I went back today on my day off. I immediately, after leaving there, called my mechanic’s office. He stated that they most likely miss-labeled whatever was wrong, and I will be dropping my vehicle off to my mechanic this weekend. Never ever, again will I visit this particular site! Or any Jiffy Lube for that matter after this last experience. I will go back to Pennzoil, or if my regular mechanic’s office can fit me in on the weekend. I only went to Jiffy Lube; due to my work schedule, and I happen to be off today. The disgusting verbal abuse that I witnessed toward this woman, as a customer was disgusting. Also, the men were arguing amongst their selves even. I almost wanted to cry for her and the man was about 6’4, and she was about 5’4. Whenever I asked, the woman was she OK? She simply stated that “this is just the way he speaks, and that he was just a big teddy bear.” At this point, I knew that this woman had accepted the verbal abuse that she is used to receiving. It just hurt my heart to both hear and witness it. I have never in my life witnessed a professional business speaking like this with profanity with other customers out in the waiting room in my entire life. Also, The fact that my car was completely fine before going there, I happen to just go there on a whim because I had a Groupon coupon, and the fact that I had to return back there a month later and now, Ava was down quarts of oil that was described as “gunky” was Very daunting. I will just not return back there, and after talking to the other people in the waiting room, neither will they they expressed.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brandon and his team at the Banksville Jiffy Lube provided outstanding service. Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient, and they made the entire experience quick and easy. Brandon clearly leads a great team that takes pride in their work and treats customers with respect. It’s not often you find service this smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, reliable, top-notch service.
