  I’ve reached out to Hawk for a quote on a new vehicle, and Jimmy was super responsive and professional. While I did not buy the car from Hawk, I will keep it in mind next time just for their great customer service. I should say Hawk is very lucky to have Jimmy in their team.

  Bought a 2019 GLI from Hawk Volkswagen in 2022. They made it a pretty smooth experience, and Eric, who my primary contact was, was friendly and a pleasant salesman to make a deal with. They also honored the cars warranty on a transmission/clutch issue that eventually happened later, and they made it as painless an experience as possible. Since then I’ve had no issues 4 years later. Highly recommend this dealership to anybody

  Great salesman. Very friendly and customer service oriented. The service department does a great job and they will definitely work with you on financing etc. And they have some beautiful cars!

  I had a great experience communicating with Hawks Volkswagen. Brandon and Eric were both very helpful and responsive. They reached out quickly, answered my questions, and provided pricing fast without any pressure. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing my car there this time, I really appreciated their professionalism and customer service. Next time I will definitely make sure to visit them in person and consider buying my car from them. Thank you again.

  Due to an unpleasant service experience I had with my wife's Jetta, I had to contact Clearview Credit Union, and have them cancel the check that would have purchased a VW TiGuan for myself at this dealership. We brought the car in for a simple problem of a bad ignition key lock system, had to wait approximately seven days with no calls from the service department management, giving us an update or status on our issue. Then, when we finally received the call that the car was ready, we were informed of a trouble light on the dashboard, which was not present when we brought the vehicle in for service. They were wanting to charge an additional $185 to troubleshoot. I informed them, "How can that be when there were no trouble lights when the car was bought in?" The trouble light was possibly related to where the technician serviced the car, (the steering column where the lock was located ). I did inform them that they were not going to charge me the $185 that I would look into this by myself or with another mechanic. They did write on the ticket that I needed something called a steering sensor. Only God knows what they would have charged me for that, plus the hour, or hours I would have had to pay in additional service fees. After careful research, phone calls to other VW service Departments, and looking on the internet, I was able to solve the issue by a simple procedure that all Volkswagen technicians should know. I called another VW dealer in the area, & they told me how to solve. A $185 Service check fee, was totally not necessary, I'm glad I didn't pay it, but at the same time I felt bad that I'm the one that had to do the research, to solve a problem that I didn't even create, and make phone calls, And then, picking up the car, I was informed that the wrong part was ordered. The car will have to come back so they could finish the job correctly. My wife and I will continue our search for a Volkswagen by looking into other dealerships and carefully researching how how the dealership service departments work with their customers . I'm just very disappointed. We never heard from them about finishing the job.
