  I visited Goodyear this morning to have a tire that had a screw in the tread repaired. They told me it couldn’t be patched because of where the screw was. They clearly wanted to sell me new tires. When I got home, I measured the tire. The nail was in the middle 6” of a tire 10” wide. Well within the middle 75% (7.5”) that is safe to patch. I took it to another store and they patched it quickly for $43. If Goodyear tells you they can’t repair your tire, double check their measurements before agreeing to replace the tire.

  Ridiculous. Go anywhere else! Brought the car in for a very simple tire swap out which they told us they could easily have done today. Waited for 6 plus hours only for them to have messed up the car even worse. Somehow now the not even year old brakes don't work and there's all kinds of lights on? Now, day 3 after dropping it off for a TIRE SWAP they're trying to make me pay $900 to replace a part that THEY BROKE?!? Please do yourself a favor and don't go here. 3 days with no car and of course they don't offer loaners.
