  Drove 4 hours to surprise my boyfriend with an exotic car. Reserved it weeks ahead of time. Employee stated they were not aware of my reservation. Waited 1.5 hours to hear that they did not have a car available. This is 2 times in the past week Enterprise has not fulfilled my reservation due to an error in their system.

  They don’t answer phone ever! I’ve been trying for weeks. You cannot even leave a message on their voicemail because it says the message mailbox is full and then the line goes dead.

  Been trying to call the last 3 days to see what inventory you guys have. No one is returning my call. Wanted to rent a Porsche Panamera, A Bentley, or a Mercedes G wagon. Just not sure if you have them.
