  The customer service at the Pittsburgh airport was outstanding. We arrived after 1 am on a Wednesday, not long before the rental desk was to close, and received super personalized and friendly service from the rental desk to the garage to the exit. Such positivity went a long way to perk up tired travelers and welcome us to a city we'd never been to.

  Enterprise itself was ok. The car was great. Nolan from the Pittsburgh location never advised of the cost and said he would give a veteran discount which he never did. Drop off in Buffalo was good.

  At the check in desk at PIT I had the pleasure of dealing with your representative, Tomasina. After a four hour delay getting to PIT I appreciated Tomasina's professional and personable demeanor while performing her duties. The process of getting my car was simple and effective. Upon returning to the airport at the end of my trip, the representative that I handed the rental car to was also professional and handled his duties with a positive attitude. Also, the Ford Escape that I rented was clean (even the glass) and well appointed - a fun car to drive around the Pittsburgh area.

  It was my first time renting a car from Enterprise at Pittsburgh airport. Unlike other travellers, I am a bit ‘no plan at all’ traveller. I did not book a vehicle in advance due to some other variables. Therefore, when I landed and needed a vehicle, I stopped at Enterprise booth. Mathew, at the desk was amazingly pleasant and cooperative. The whole process from start to finish took almost five minutes and I was sitting in my assigned/ chosen vehicle. The return was again pleasantly easy when Mathew was coincidentally there at the return lot. Because of my awesome and pleasant experience with Enterprise due to Mathew, when I needed another vehicle couple of days later, I went to this location again. This time Nate was there to help me with the booking and initial processing. Picked up my chosen SUV from the selection pool in no time. Now was the time when I had to keep the vehicle for an extra day than the promised return date. Enterprise sent me an updated email with new billing statement and extension was done automatically in no time without any hassle. Thanks to Kristin at the return lot, for making the extension of the one day a breeze. She was another gem of a person with a beautiful huge smile Upon return, on my final day/time, Lo and Behold, Mathew was there to make the whole process a lot easier than expected. We literally just stepped out of the vehicle and walked to the terminal and Mathew took care of everything else. I have nothing but praises for Mathew and Kristin. Enterprise was able to make me feel easy and comfortable during this whole time, only due to these two made my experience nice and pleasant.
