  Car was very clean but had an overpowering chemical odor in the interior which did not dissipate during the dozen days we had the car. The odor required that windows had to be kept partially open when using the car. Rental agent was courteous and informative.

  While the staff is friendly, this is the worst rental car experience I've had in a some time. I made the reservation through Expedia, but according to the staff, they were unable to tell me that, while they accepted my reservation for the mid sized car, they didn't have any mid sized cars available. Instead, they gave me a compact car, a real piece of junk that makes terrible noises when you get to 50 mph. They gave me 15 percent off of my rental price only AFTER i called to complain. I think I'm done with Enterprise. Thrifty, Dollar, and even Sixt have all been much better experiences.

  Straight up scam artists at this one. Never had a bad experience at Enterprise but this one sucks. I'll go out of my way to another one. It was Christmas Eve and they're pulling money from me because of their mistake of my rental service getting "cancelled by another company in Texas" so I had to refile my card. Whole experience was weird and annoying. Go to a different Enterprise.
