  Rental car locations can be hit or miss. I've generally found this location of Enterprise to be a "hit", they are over all efficient, understanding, and timely. Somehow they balance being friendly with knowing that your main goal is to get a car and be on your way.

  Belated, but I rented a car from them after an accident and my car was in the shop. They were very accommodating and patient. When I arrived they were very very busy. But they got me a car in under 15 minutes. The process was smooth and efficient. The drop off was even easier! All those guys are great people. I only remember Collin by name. Thanks guy!

  I had a great experience renting a car from this location. The process was incredibly quick and smooth from start to finish. Tim was extremely helpful and welcoming. He took the time to walk me through the car details, explained the insurance options clearly, and handed over the keys to a freshly washed and sanitized Mitsubishi Outlander. The car was new, comfortable, and drove perfectly. The pickup process was very fast and easy, and even the return was just as smooth. Tim was there again and made the return process quick and hassle-free. Really appreciate the great customer service and hospitality from Tim😍🫂 Thanks to Enterprise as well for such a pleasant rental experience. I will definitely come back again! 💯😊

  They had a car that felt like it was rocking on a boat, which, and when I made a turn, something was kicking under my seat. What if I didn’t know any better and try to drive that to Ohio? Customer service was very responsive and addressed the issue once I brought it up, but I was delayed by two hours and nearly missed my meeting and like I said… what if I didn’t know any better and try to drive the car?

  I had such a great experience here, especially thanks to Tim. I accidentally left my phone behind, and he went out of his way to make sure I got it back quickly. He was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation feel so much smaller and manageable. Beyond that, this location is always efficient and organized.I’ve never had any complaints. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with genuine care, but they really do. Tim’s customer service truly stood out.he’s definitely my go-to from now on. Highly recommend this location if you value people who actually look out for you. 👌🏽
