I booked a car for a trip, but due to unexpected problems with my own car, I had to extend the rental period on both ends at short notice, and Enterprise accomodated me. I could extend the rental easily from my phone. They also gave me a ride to get my own car after I returned the rental.

I’ll be honest: I was hesitant to use Enterprise again after a very frustrating experience at the Moon Township location. Dealing with the manager there, Brian, was difficult—the excuses for why the car I requested wasn't available felt inconsistent and dishonest. It left a bad taste in my mouth about the brand. However, Tyler at the McCandless branch has given a completely "new light" to Enterprise for me. From start to finish, he demonstrated what real leadership and customer service look like. • Convenience: The pick-up and drop-off process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Tyler made sure everything was ready the moment I arrived. • Communication: Unlike my previous experience elsewhere, Tyler was transparent, professional, and followed through on every promise. • Service: He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, turning a formerly "loyal-but-wary" customer back into a happy one.
