  Jim O’Connor was wonderful to work with. He called a few days before our appointment to make sure that we had all of our documents ready to go for selling our MN car in Pittsburgh. He helped us successfully navigate one issue with the title and got everything cleared to proceed. He gave us a fair price and great service. I would highly recommend this company!

  Had a very unpleasant interaction with one of the employees. I received an offer online, they came out a few days later. Dan started out very nice and friendly, told me to wait inside while he looked over the car because it was so cold. He called me about 30 minutes later to give me an offer much lower than what I was offered I initially and explained why. I told him I needed to consider it for a few minutes and I would let him know. I called my boyfriend who is a mechanic and explained it. He told me he’d check it with an OBD reader (exactly what Dan said he used to find the issues). I told Dan I was going to pass on the offer. He became hostile and very rude after I declined the offer. Refused to send me what exact issues he found on my car “if I wasn’t going to do business with him”. He scoffed at me when I said that didn’t make any sense. He said it would cost $400 to even diagnose the issue, which doesn’t make sense. Then he said it would cost $1700 to fix the issues. But it hadn’t even been diagnosed. These numbers came from nowhere. He passed me back my keys and paperwork out of his car window without even looking at me and sped off. I just want to say how uncomfortable I felt during this experience and how incredibly unprofessional it was. My boyfriend did wind up checking my car later that day with an OBD reader and found no error codes.
