They make sure that customers are satisfied with the service or products. I had received wiper blades prior to my last visit which were very substandard (skipping, not wiping large portions of the windshield); when asked on this visit if I needed new wipers, I explained that the ones installed at last visit were poor and Aaron immediately offered to install new ones at no charge to make it right. I am always impressed by the service at this location and continually recommend it to others. Great job!
