  Dani who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything professionally and thoroughly to me. she was extremely wonderful. this review is NOT about her. this is about the girl helped me before Dani took over, who was so awful. I am not one to write reviews but this left such an awful taste in my mouth. she spoke down to me in a condescending way and like I was so stupid. everything she said to me she said as if she was explaining something to a toddler. I am a grown woman and found this to be extremely disrespectful. Also, I was in an accident two days prior and had minimal (but visible) damage to my car that hasn't gotten fixed yet. This girl, talking to me like i am stupid, said "you need to get the fixed you really can't drive around like that" before tripping into my car and saying obscenities. I really wish i could convey into text the tone she said this to me in. She was also speaking to other staff members in a similar tone. One girl asked her for help and she responded in this terrible tone as if she was stupid for even asking. I was so upset with how she talked to me after already having a terrible weekend with all the car issues that i started tearing up on my way home. I have always gone here because I alwasy felt the staff was extremely friendly and it was a fair price.. but if it wasn't for dani I wouldve left and gone somewhere else. I don't know if I'll ever be back.

  I would give less than a one if possible. They deny but they broke my oil housing cap and adapter. Blaming it on person before. But I watched 3 guys pry the oil filter out of it before I was notified anything was broken.... Guy in charge of my change Caleb was extremely nice and polite though

  Honest & personable. Went to a different Valvoline last time (never again) they used scare tactics to try to get me to get a lot of things done. I declined but left worried about my car and future expenses. . I had my car checked by a mechanic afterwards and not one thing they said was wrong was wrong!!! 😡 Today I went back to the valvoline I usually go to and had perfect honest & reliable service. Avalon ,PA Valvoline is the best! Melissa was personable & helpful and it’s much appreciated!! :)

  This was my first time trying this location, and I’m really impressed. Everyone was extremely polite and professional from start to finish. It was a different experience being able to stay inside my car during the oil change, and I actually really liked it. It made the whole process quick and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they explained everything clearly. Great customer service overall. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location.

  I got an oil change from this shop recently and they forgot to tighten my skid plate underneath my car and in the middle of driving, it fell down and was dragging. When I came back to get it fixed they promised they would get me back there immediately to fix it but instead it was a 2 hour wait and it was only two cars there so it was really unbelievable and unnecessary. Now I don’t want to go to Valvoline ever again in the future. That was dangerous and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone for this carelessness.
