She was so unprofessional she made a whole mess in my car. Oil was all over my engines. I won’t be returning here for oil change again. I would recommend anyone here

I tried to ask the manager at the store who responded mumbling and not providing helpful information. Additionally, after changing the oil of my car and having an issue with it, the manager (James) raised his voice/tone, interrupted conversation multiple times and lacked of ownership for the service done.
