He went above and beyond reassuring me that I was ok and shouldn’t let a small bad moment define my day! 😊 He then made me smile by joking. He even found a coupon. I would most certainly recommend to everyone.

They were kind and professional. I appreciate the services I received today. See you when it’s time for me to get m oil changed. Thank you have a great day. I got both of my filters changed and air in my tires. Cameron let me know that my oil was still clean and full and I didn’t need my oil changed yet.

- CHCharles HallFeb 7, 20261.01 Star – Absolutely Unprofessional and a Complete Waste of Time I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had at Valvoline. I received a coupon directly from their phone number, came in expecting it to be honored, and they refused to accept it with no reasonable explanation. False advertising at its finest. On top of that, the service was painfully slow. I waited far longer than anyone should for what’s supposed to be a quick oil change. The most alarming part? One of the employees claimed there was an oil pressure issue—yet she wasn’t even looking at the oil gauge. That is beyond unprofessional and honestly concerning. Making statements about a vehicle without actually checking the gauge shows a lack of training and care. Between the coupon bait-and-switch, the long wait, and the careless, unprofessional behavior, I’ve completely lost trust in this location. I will never return and would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
