My daughter has a 2019 Hyundai Kona that she will only have had 1 year in Nov. she took her car to this location in Aug. for an oil change. She drove her car until Thursday Oct 9th-her birthday her engine over heated and blew up! She had no repairs or service after her trip to this store. The car was towed to a Hyundai dealership for diagnosing and found that the oil filter, well, and drum didn’t get put back on correctly so it burned a whole in the engine block!!!! SOME INCOMPETENT IDIOT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO HIS HER THEY THEIR JOB!!! My daughter needs a NEW ENGINE BECAUSE OF THIS INCOMPETENT IDIOT THAT IS GOING TO COST ABOUT $10,000 AFTER PARTS AND LABOR!!!! and the KICKER IS THIS STORE HAD THE AUDACITY TO COME UP WITHE SOME LAME EXCUSE AS TO WHY THEY WON’T COVER THE COST OF REPAIR OR AT MINIMUM A RENTAL FOR MY DAUGHTER!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE ! WHAT IF IT WERE THEIR CAR. I SAY AGAIN! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO 501 RODI RD
