  Great service, pick up was quick and easy, very pleasant agent, the car was an upgrade free of charge, brand new car, just two months old!

  I left my eyeglasses in the center console. Saw employee inspect the car as I was leaving. Called immediately after realizing I left the eyeglasses but this branch never picked up the phone after multiple attempts. Contacted Sixt Customer Service who could only send me a form to fill out. It took 3 days after that for this branch to respond saying the eyeglasses were not found. i am 100% sure i left them there. They were definitely stolen as there is no other explanation. This is so disappointing because I realized immediately and tried to report it immediately but couldn’t get any response for multiple business days. All it would have taken was 5 minutes from their attending to grab it if they had picked up any of my 10 calls.

  Upon arriving in the states for our sixth time renting a car our experience with sixt was definitely the smoothest and the best. Scott was the gentleman in charge at Pittsburgh airport where we picked the car up and he was super professional and very thorough, even going so far as to come out in person to the car on a late and unpleasant Christmas Eve to personally oversee things and make sure we had everything we needed. He had an assistant, Q was his name very helpful putting all our luggage in for us 😊. It’s a small transitional part of your holiday but it still makes a big difference when it goes smoothly or people go the extra mile which these guys did ❤️

  Maria here at the SIXT front counter really brightened my day a month ago when visiting Pittsburgh for Thanksgiving. Thanks for turning a regular day into a special one!

  BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! I rented a small economy car with them but when I got there, the gave me a BMW SUV.. I thought to myself wow! But when I returned it 2 days later at 1:30 pm, there was no one to inspect the vehicle. It seemed strange to me that it was business hours and they weren't there to look at it as they should. To my surprise, when I got home.. I received an email from them along with an invoice for $1259.00.. stating I scratched a rim or something like that... Meanwhile, I was very careful and never touched an object with the car. I always rented cars and never had a situation like this . My conclusion is they purposely did not inspect their vehicle at time of return and ask me to leave the keys in a box - tells me the scratch was done in their care and not mine. They should have inspected and point out the damage to me at return and I would have taken full responsibility. Their failure to check me out during business hours and ask to drop the keys in a box is a red flag!! This is definitely a scam!! Guys please don't let this happen to you!
