  By far the most seamless rental car experience I’ve ever encountered! Mary was friendly and proficient on getting me on my way post flight. It was a super quick walk to the key counter and vehicle. I reserved a car seat for my travels and it was reassuring to see they had plenty of car seats available. I had to extend my reservation due to flight cancellations. The app made this extension so easy! Upon returning the vehicle I was greeted by Brian to ensure my rental was satisfactory. And it sure was! Zero issues and the vehicle was extremely clean with no harsh smells. I will absolutely rent from Sixt again!

  ⭐️ A Huge Thank You to Angela! ⭐️ I want to give a big thank you to Angela for going above and beyond to assist my husband and me with our Rent-A-Car services at the Pittsburgh, PA airport. Angela was the sweetest and most patient person we could have asked for, especially on such a busy day with thousands of travelers arriving for the Pittsburgh vs. Green Bay Packers game. Despite the chaos, Angela handled everything with professionalism, patience, understanding, and—most importantly—grace.   The line was perfect all the others had a good 2hr wait for sure. I had an exceptional experience picking up my rental car at the Sixt location at Boston Logan Airport. From the moment I arrived, Melvin, Alicia, and Debra went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. Melvin took the time to really understand the details of my trip and recommended the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. His thoughtful approach ensured I felt comfortable and confident on the road. Alicia was warm and welcoming — she shared great tips and recommendations on what to do in the Boston area, which added a personal touch to the experience. Debra, their trainer, demonstrated outstanding leadership and customer care. When my booking wasn’t completed properly through Expedia, she stepped in immediately to resolve the issue. Her strategic approach, calm professionalism, and quick action made all the difference. The entire team worked diligently and efficiently to get me into a comfortable car and on my way without delay. Their teamwork, kindness, and commitment to excellent service truly stood out. I highly recommend this Sixt location at Boston Logan Airport for anyone who wants a top-tier rental experience.

  We had such a great experience thanks to Shay at Sixt! Even though it was an incredibly busy time during parents weekend for several colleges, she greeted us with a smile, a great sense of humor, and even handed out temporary tattoos for our kids which really made their day. Her friendly attitude was such a welcome change, especially after dealing with another rental agency that didn’t have the car we’d already paid for (!!) and didn’t seem to care. We will definitely return!
