- WVWayne VegaJan 5, 20261.0This shop mechanics don’t know how to properly diagnose def problems I came in with two check engine lights on the screen on the dashboard saying def issues all they did is put it in manual registration and say it is fixed I left there and about 200 miles later the check engine light came back on with the the same issue I went to a different Penske shop and they found what the problem actually was and fixed it correctly I won’t go back to this shop again there mechanics don’t know how to properly diagnose issues with trucks very poor service here

Every time we call, they have a new excuse — they did not even ordered the part until recently and now they ordered the wrong part and still waiting. Absolutely terrible service.

They could care less about the customer or their business. If you need something fixed forget it, you will be waiting for a long time. I have a truck there for a periodic service and I also included a couple small items to be fixed, nothing major and surely not enough for them to have it for 2 weeks. They still have the truck and we don't have any idea when we'll get it back because every time we ask they lie to us. If you are trying to make money with a lease truck from them I would suggest you using their competition. I hope this helps someone.
