The guys are amazing, thorough, and honest. *Storytime*: let me tell you about how this NTB (the Robinson one) saved me from un expected engine failure: I went for an inspection and, true to form, NTB checks all the things. They find my windshield wiper cords are messed up from the people who did my last repair and fix them (thanks Alan!) and ALSO mention that my oil is low...like a whole 1 quart lower than in should be(which is a lot for a 4.5 quart requirment). But I had just gotten my oil changed that morning at val*****e! Mike (thanks Mike!) told me about this. I ended up going to the other quick oil changing business and demanding they complete the job. They gave me such a hassle until they checked the footage and somehow saw I really had been cheated. Without enough oil your car can start experiencing engine trouble (and mine is elderly lol, so I can't play around with that kind of thing). Thank God for Mike and Alan who saved the day! I wish now I had gotten my inspection AND my oil changed there, it would have saved me so much time. I will never go to anyone other than NTB tires from now on, even for something as small as an oil change. I know they are honest and that they can be trusted. These guys are thorough and they are the real deal!
