  They said my rear tires came in with out the center caps on them, after we showed them pictures of them being there they still claimed that they “weren’t on the car when we arrived”. Mechanic talked to me once said they were there and I never heard from him again after asking to speak with him. Plus no call back on update for the center caps.

  I can’t say enough positive things about the service and kindness I received from the McIntyre Square NTB. I was distraught when I called on my way from working at the hospital for a 12 hour shift when my tire was again losing air and I had to be back at 7 AM today. Jesse answered the phone and made me feel so much better. I was able to make it up to the store to get my tire repaired. AJ also assisted. Both gentlemen did a great job and I can’t thank them enough for taking care of a caregiver. They truly are Lifesavers too! Please thank them for their hard work ethic and kindness. They really set my mind at ease for my safety.

  I would like to give a huge shoutout to Jesse for all his dedication to make sure the customers needs are met, and that the customer walks away satisfied. I had shock/strut work done as well as an wheel alignment on my car and my partner had got an oil change and Jesse took care of us from start to finish. He gave my partner a discount on his oil change, as well as made me aware of the discount that is currently going on for struts and shocks. There aren’t too many people out here like Jesse. After my car was ready I noticed a problem I called back and said I think I need to bring my car back to be looked at again , and Jesse said come on back, and as soon as I walked in Jesse and his team worked on my car instantly. This is what I call superb customer service. Way to go Jesse and crew!

  Came in on a Saturday for an oil change like I have been for years. While waiting the manager came out and told me the tech had drained my transmission fluid instead of the oil and they could not start my car without damaging it. The manager was very nice about it and I was understanding that mistakes can happen. They offered to have my car towed to the dealership and have the transmission refilled on their dime. My car was towed in and since the dealer was closed my car was taken in on Monday. Tuesday morning the car was finished so I called NTB to see about payment, was told they had to call higher ups to see about it and they would call me back to let me know. No one ever called me back. The next day I called again and the manager was helpful and called me back to say corporate would have it paid by the end of day. I called corporate and they confirmed this. I go to the dealer to pick my car up and the payment had not been made so I called corporate and they said they would have the payment processor call the dealer immediately. They never called after almost an hour and the dealership closed, so I was without my car another day. Thursday morning I called corporate and was told they would try to make payment again. After a few hours the payment was received and I was able to pick my car up. I was without a car from Saturday - Thursday, a total of almost 6 days. I wasted countless hours on the phone and running around to have my car be in the same condition as it was on Saturday, a waste of almost a week.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this NTB location. Two months ago, I purchased four brand-new tires along with warranty coverage, including road hazard protection. After hitting a deep pothole on the highway, my tire blew out and I had the vehicle towed to this location, expecting my warranty to be honored. Instead, I was initially quoted nearly $300 for replacing just ONE tire, even though I had purchased warranty coverage. I could not understand how a two-month-old tire with protection would result in such a high charge. After arguing back and forth, the price was eventually reduced to $125, but the whole situation felt extremely unfair and inconsistent. I felt like they were trying to charge me full price despite my warranty. The explanations were unclear and kept changing, which made the experience even more frustrating. I am especially disappointed with Steve. His attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. He was not helpful, did not clearly explain the warranty process, and did not treat the situation seriously. When a customer comes in after being stranded on the highway at night, the last thing they need is disrespect and poor communication. Customers purchase warranties for peace of mind. This experience completely failed to deliver that.
