  Pulled in On my way home because brakes were grinding. Jeff was kind and got on the job immediately and with great service. Expected to be taken advantage of due to urgency. I was not paid a very fair price.

  I went into the NTB and had a hole in my tire, they we’re exceptional, all the other dealers told me I would need 4 new tires, but, Jeff the manager there took a closer look and realized it did not go though the tire, fixed it and I was out the door. I will be going back to get my 4 new tires this winter, great company, highly recommend.

  I went to another mechanic last week to address a few problems. They basically told me they couldn’t find anything and that I should get a second opinion. Fast forward to today. I got a flat tire. Called NTB and they got me in pretty much immediately. Not only did they change my tire but they also found a leak in my axel that they were able to get fixed immediately as well. I was very grateful that I came to NTB today. They made sure I understood what all my options were, listed all the issues from most important to least important, and ultimately made sure I didn’t leave in a car that was unsafe to drive. 10/10 would highly recommend their services.

  Great service friendly wall mounted felt like I was part of the team even when things seem like it was a long and untimely manner I was presented with what issues they were facing and what solutions they were working on I was even offered a phone charger to charge my phone at the phone that the front desk lady Jess was phenomenal talking to you and your stories family histories and knowledge sharing felt like I got the little inside the shop will recommend going back.

  After a frustrating day dealing with a Walmart tire department, I stopped at the Pleasant Hills NTB to see if they could mount the tire on a wheel I had in my car. Surprisingly, they had no problem mounting a tire purchased elsewhere. (A Sam's Club, located next door to the Walmart, refused to touch it. Really? They're the same company, at the end of the day. Ridiculous!) I didn't get their names, but, both the manager and technician at NTB were very pleasant and courteous, and had me out the door in no time. I very much appreciate their help.
