- NENathan E.2 days ago1.0We have given them 2 tries now and neither time did they do anything to earn any trust or confidence in their abilities. The first visit we had a blowout and the guy helping us said "I would have never bought this vehicle because of the tires." Well thank you for your opinion but keep comments like that to yourself it is terrible customer service. On the second trip they charged us $45 for a tire repair, did a terrible job and it didn't hold so their response was sorry for your luck buy a new tire. Didn't even look at the tire to see if they could do anything with it. As a person that spent 25 years in the industry 6 of them as an NTB manager when they were still owned by Sears they aren't going to sucker me into spending unnecessary money because they can't provide good customer service or a competent tire repair.

Tim and Jeff were so great and made the process go as smoothly as possible that I recently went back there for my inspection stickers. Unfortunately my car needed a little more work done before it could pass inspection but they were able to get it all done within the same day so no complaints. Definitely recommend going here if you’re nearby. Jeff and his crew are awesome!
