  I called into NTB/Mavis at 11:00am and made a 1:00pm appointment. The staff there was extremely helpful and friendly. They had me back out the door in an hour with a tire repair and never tried to upsell me. Easy process. I’ll be back to this location for future car needs!

  Great experience. Got brakes, oil change, and inspections done. Dropped my car off in the morning, they kept me in the loop when unexpected issues popped up and even managed to figure out an annoying electrical issue. By the end of the day my car was ready for the next 100,000 miles (I hope).

  I had a tire that suddenly started bulging, so I stopped by without an appointment. Even though they were very busy and fully booked for the day, they took the time to help me because it was dangerous to drive. They replaced my tire quickly and were very kind throughout the process. I’m really grateful for their help. Highly recommend this place if you ever need tire service! Thank you again for taking care of my car so quickly!

  I blew tire on way to children's hospital on 376 with 2 young kids in car. Penndot changed tire for me and I drove to NTB to get new tire. Pamela was so kind and helpful and got us new tire quickly bc I was headed to NICU to get my granddaughter discharged. She was amazing!

  Couldn't be worse. I bought four brand new tires (higher level). I was quoted one price from the central service and the actual price was significantly higher. In fact the price on my quote ended up being higher than the price on their own website!! They did match their website. When I went in to get the tires put on and they didn't have them and I had to come back the next day. They said they could inspect the car when I came back the next day - then the next day they said they couldn't. When they were all done putting the tires on they said they called to say they couldn't align them so I had to go somewhere else to get them aligned which of course I paid much more because you get a discount on the alignment if you buy the tires. All I know I spent hundreds more because I went to NTB and had much aggravation and 2 additional trips - have to fight now to get the $80 rebate I was supposed to get. Incredibly unethical business practices. Central call center quotes things that are not respected. Local store does not do what they say. Worst car experience ever. Abner was the central reps of salesperson who misrepresented most everything he told me.
