  Had a flight delay from Denver that landed at 2:30 AM, at the national desk by 2:50 which is almost 2 hours after they close. The thing about it is I called from the Denver airport and was told they have the flight info and will wait the 2 hours so I can get a car. Showed up to a closed desk. Lack of transparency and would rate worse if I could

  This location is NOT National Car Rental's return lot; it is Budget's off-airport storage lot.

  Friendly, professional, efficient service from beginning to end. Have never been disappointed with National at Pittsburgh airport or anywhere else for that matter.
