- SBStacey BloomFeb 9, 20265.0You might have to call a few times to get someone on the phone to schedule (their online appt scheduling does NOT work so don’t use that to book an appt). They can usually get you in quickly which is great. Only downsides are how filthy the waiting room is. Doesn’t seem like it’s been cleaned in years so it’s pretty smelly and gross. Hire someone to clean once a month to keep it presentable. Recently, they contracted with a local rental car company to service their cars which are literally parked in nearly every available space. I’d charge them parking fees if I were Mr Tire because this has to be driving customers away. The manager is a great guy.
