    Brought Chevy Colorado in for inspection/emissions. Failed my brakes front and rear, rotors rear, and front tires. Did work myself and found rear pads and rotors to be in spec. Scheduled reinspection for Saturday 9:30am. Tech called in late so had to leave and come back. When I came back I was told it would be a 3hr wait. Had to come back next day, Sunday, and waited another 2hrs. Never did get explanation/compensation for why rotors and pads failed after showing them to store manager. Been coming to store for over 15yrs, won’t be back.

    Service was great but the prices are 🫠 I was quoted 1,600 for if i wanted to get brakes and rotors changed, i got it done for under 800 elsewhere. Like, sorry but it does not cost 400$ per wheel.

    The people were friendly. I was taken on time. My only problem was when I called in the morning to cancel my appointment for the next day. There was no answer. I called several times.
