  I enjoy using Mr. Tire as I’ve always gotten good service from them. However, they are often backed up and significantly delayed. I had an 11am wait in house appointment and didn’t get my car until 5:30pm. While I was able to get a ride this time and therefore did not wait in person for that full time, it was not in my plan to do so and rather frustrating. The company needs a better website appointment system so they do not overbook.

  I gave Mr.Tire on McKnight road a call to have my car repaired on a Saturday which was so helpful as I work during the week,they got me in ASAP I had a wheel bearing done and they were very knowledgeable with great timing to complete the service! I was so impressed! The man at the desk was very friendly and polite and the mechanics know what they are doing also very kind! I have told several people about the cost and they all agreed that I wasn't ripped off at all, because being a woman I wasn't sure but glad they were professionals and handled everything the way they should have! I will always come back to this place!

  I went in to have my brakes checked because they were squealing even though I knew I did not need new brakes because I just had my car inspected and I just thought that the rotors were a little dirty because I have a Regenerativehybrid and it does not use the brakes as frequently as a normal car. 500+ dollars later they told me that my brake pads were fine but my rotors were crumbling, but they did not replace the rotors they replaced the brake pads. My brakes are still squealing and my ABS light is on and will not go off. Absolute worst place ever do not go there.

  Came in for a broken tail light after valvoline told me there was a corroded part and they couldn’t fix it. Called, went in and was out within the hour. Price was fairly reasonable for how fast it was finished.

  Went in for inspection and a alignment after I receive my vehicle back after traveling 6 miles away noticed they had the wrong stickers had to go back so they can put the correct month and I heard the mechanic say he put the wrong stickers on there at the time I didn’t know he was speaking about my vehicles, I asked Jordan how come he didn’t correct the situation at the time he blamed it on the mechanic said he did what he wanted to do. Unacceptable answer I told him he just lost an customer.Also was told my battery was weak after leaving there. I had my battery check. It’s good. It’s only a little over a year old. After the The alignment now my car drifts over to the left lane while driving
