    AVOID!!!! After getting two new tires and a wheel alignment done, I drove out with a severe pull to the right. The alignment was clearly either not performed despite the ridiculous $206 charge, or worse done incorrectly. After realizing this, I called in and they were unable to take me back in to correct their mistake, so I tried my luck at another shop. They're very incompetent, lots of dudes standing around with thumbs up their rears.

    Family owned and it shows. I was stuck, dead battery after the big freeze this weekend. I stopped at two other places- no dice. Called these guys up and they said come on over. Replaced my battery quickly and added some funny dad jokes along the way. Haven’t found a place in PGH for the past ten years I’ve lived here. Now I know where to go and where to tell everyone else who asks. Thanks again- wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

    I would not recommend this place if you value your time. I had an 8am appointment for tire replacement and alignment. Dropped the car off around 8:12 and walked around the nearby shopping center. I called to check in around 11:30 and they had not even started the service and did not anticipate starting for another hour. I have spent less time waiting for walk in tire changes at other shops, so I cannot believe this is their acceptable timeline for an appointment I scheduled a week in advance. I will just have to try my luck at another place. Hope you all have better experiences, at least the staff seem kind.
