  "Good Afternoon ☺️! It's always a pleasure coming this to Mr. Tire service center because they always treat me respectfully and do a great job on whatever needs to be addressed with my vehicle. They also keep me aware of possible vehicle failures that could happen soon; or in the future so that I can keep my vehicle in tip-top driving condition, and your company is a lot more affordable than your competitors!   Never again will i bring my vehicles to any Mr. Tire shop ever. Communication is pure trash and then when they tell you to come in at the specific time to get your vehicle worked on someone else tells that they are booked or they only have one technician so your gonna have to leave it. Not professional at all. I have been trying to get the tire pressor montiors fixed on my vehicle since october. I go to take to get worked on the first time the manager tells me yeah i am the only one here so if you need it done your gonna have to leave it with me. If you want it done today you can go to our monroeville store up mosside blvd. So i go up there and the mechanic says yea i have the tire pressure sensor tool but i don't know how to use it. So mind i said i only needed one tire sensor replaced they took out all my sensors charged me 94 dollars for 3 after i told them i needed one. Unacceptable. So here we are today i was told to come in at 10 am and now i have to wait til 4 to get work done only to come back at 4 to get my vehicle worked on after 5 and not to mention the manager had a really bad attitude .After this i am done with Mr. Tire if this is how business is done im cool Never again.

  I was able to get help on my tires and they were informative and understanding. I will go back if I have issues again.

  I went to Mr. Tire to get a tire patched and they did the job in a timely manner and the price was not very costly. Also, I went there on another occasion to get something with my car computer fixed that another dealer could not fix and I was very satisfied with that service. It didn’t even take five minutes.The next time I need tires, I will be going to Mr. Tire.

  I brought my vehicle in to have two rear tires replaced. I was informed that the shop closed at 7:00 PM, so I returned after work between 6:00 and 6:15 PM to pick up my car. However, the shop was already closed, and I had to wait until the next day to retrieve my vehicle. When I returned the following morning, I was told that the new tires had been installed on the front and that my front tires were moved to the rear due to the vehicle being front-wheel drive. While I understand the reasoning behind this, once I drove off, I immediately noticed that my rear tires had not been replaced at all. The rear tires appeared untouched. One of the rear tires had a bubble, which was the primary reason for the replacement and posed a serious safety risk when I left the shop. I returned immediately to report the issue. A manager who was covering that day addressed the situation, corrected the problem, and apologized multiple times. While I appreciate the manager’s professionalism and apology, this situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and could have resulted in a serious accident. I believe this matter should be documented to help prevent similar issues in the future.
