This is the 3rd time I scheduled a State inspection and it had to be canceled they couldn't call me at least to tell me they had no people there. Another time I had an appointment for a simple routine oil change and i waited for 2 hours and they didn't even take my car yet. They said I had to wait longer. So I took my car and left. Never going back to this place. It used to be good. But now it's just going down hill.

He was reliable, communicative, and got everything done in a very timely manner. Otis is another mechanic that I have always have great experiences with— also very knowledgeable and efficient. I’m grateful to have found a car shop that I trust & feel comfortable going to!

They try to upsell unnecessary services like brake flushes and other add-ons, especially targeting people who may not be familiar with car maintenance — and I noticed this happens often with women customers. What really frustrated me was that they did work on my car before giving me an estimate or confirming the price, which is completely unprofessional and unfair. On top of that, they did not honor the warranty that was supposed to cover the repair, and I ended up paying out of pocket for something that should have been included. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering going here get everything in writing first and double-check the suggested repairs. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and warning friends and family to do the same.
