  Very friendly service zero complaints about any person I had interactions with. My only issue was wait time, even with the manager on duty moving things around to get me out faster I still had to wait for over 2 hours. When you make an appointment and note that you will be waiting you want the schedule to be kept. I feel like this is no fault to the mechanics, but more so the app taking on more than what they can do. If we can change that I would have had a 5 not a 4 stare experience.

  I had a screw in my tire and unfortunately AAA took the screw out and put in a plug. It leaked horribly on my way to your shop. You repaired the tire and I am back on the road

  Not a good expirence, had my car for 3 days due to not having workers to work on my car for a 20 min fix. I also left with more problems then I arrived with, including 4 new lights on my dash, which they said would be another $300-$400 to fix even though I did not have these when I arrived.

  I dropped off my car at Mr. Tire on Rodi Rd. in Pittsburgh PA at 10 AM on Friday February 13th, and requested tire balancing, rotation and an alignment. I called at about 11:15 AM to check on the status. The individual did not mention any issues that would prevent them from performing the services, and just said it would be about another hour. When I went to pick the car up the manager mentioned that the alignment may not hold due to loose tie rods and mention that were tires were bad. I paid the bill assuming that they were a least able to do something, but when I drove off the car felt the same or maybe worse. I returned to tell the manager this and he said he performed my requested work. I asked for a refund and he refused. I have since consulted 4 other car service providers and all said that they would not have performed the services with those conditions, and no one should have. I am currently disputing the charges with my credit card company.
