  I am a very anxious person when it comes to anything car-service related. Katie was SUCH a gem to someone like me who gets nervous like that. I waited in the office while they worked on my car and she seriously eased my mind just by chit chatting and being friendly. She is the best! (and the guys too but know, mostly Katie ;) )

  We’re supposed to fix the right front hub ended up destroying the rear brakes charging $1600 and now the truck won’t turn right or left without skipping and smelling like burnt grease so they never fixed anything for $1600 actually made the vehicle worse

  I originally visited the shop to have light bulbs replaced and asked for a diagnostic review for inspection. I was given a $5k estimate and was told they could not replace the light bulbs but I was charged $150 for the diagnostic test. Go to a local mechanic. You get better service. Also, the mechanic was not very easy to talk to and just kept saying “there’s a lot of problems and will cost over 5k”. I left and went to my local mechanic and was given a way lesser price.
