  I been.going there for many years. When they changed management everthing went down hill Wanted.15000.dollars to do work. Went to other inspection place it çosr 3500 dollars Will never go there again

  The oil change cost $170 for a 2015 Chrysler 200. I asked if the oil change came with a tire rotation the service guy told me yes. But when I walked to my car after the service was completed, none of tires were rotated. Only thing he told me was they notice the front two tires needed replaced. They did not the tread on all four tire were fine, the tires were just replaced the beginning of the year. No filter change, no fluid top off, nothing but the oil change for $170 is high way robbery if you ask me. But I didn’t want to make a big deal I needed to be on the road so I just left but I will never go back to Monro for anything.

  Let me preface this rating by saying it won’t let me post a 0 star review. My engine was overheating even after checking oil and adding coolant. I had it towed to monro. They told me my timing belt melted inside my engine which resulted in “catastrophic engine failure.” They estimated it being a $8-9000 repair but told me they don’t work on engines so it was just an estimate. Recommended I get it scrapped due to the value of the van being around $9k. The news couldn’t have come at a worse time for our family after we just bought a house and moved from a different state. But I did get a second opinion and got it towed to an actual mechanic who replaced my thermostat and water pump and what do you know- my “totaled vehicle” was fixed for just $600. Beyond the garbage assessment of my vehicle, they charged me $147 for that assessment and refused to take payment over the phone. So before I could tow it elsewhere I had to pay them in person which made my hour commute home turn to 2 hours. They had zero empathy, even mocked my wife on 2 separate occasions and gave her attitude when they made her wait a long time for their lunch to end. I would highly recommend using anyone else but this place. Chic Fil A could have even done better. They wouldn’t have charged as much and would have given excellent customer service. More than monro will do for you.
