  Awful. I made an appointment for an inspection IN PERSON the day before, i show up 30 minutes BEFORE my appointment Time and the guy who i dealt with the day before to set up my appointment said “oh yeah theres 6 cars ahead of you, you can pick it up around 3-4” but, the day prior he said he has one appointment ahead of me at 9 and my car will be ready around 11. Then i show up today and there all the sudden is 5 additional cars on top of the one he said originally and my appointment means nothing. Never go here, the staff is incompetent and lies. Appointment times mean nothing.

  While I wish their online appointment application would help verify that the employee would be present when booking (Ie inspection mechanic), the online appointment application would be great. Got my vehicle in and out quickly and oil change completed without issue.

  I could not recommend more. These guys helped me when I was in a very tough spot. My van died as I was traveling across states to be with family for the holidays. I called this location the day before Christmas Eve, practically desperate and they told me “bring it in”. Not only did they identify the problem quickly, keeping me updated throughout the process, AND fixing it day of: Everyone who worked there was incredibly kind. The regional manager stopped by and she was wonderful!! But what really set this shop above the rest was the Manager, Richard. I was not feeling too great when i walked in, clearly upset, Richard was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. But above all else, he was warm and kind to me at a time where I was feeling hopeless, and he assured me “We’re gonna get you home to your family for Christmas”. After seeing Richard interact with several customers and coworkers through my time in the waiting room, it’s clear he goes above and beyond for clients and crew alike. Even staying late to help someone in a pinch, the day before christmas eve!! You can seriously just tell he’s a great and honest guy, and I can not thank him enough for helping me this day. I WILL be returning for car repairs in the future and i’ll be purchasing some lures from his shop where he makes them!!! Anglers take notice!! Support this guy and his family business. If you guys are reading this, thank you all so much for saving me!!!

  Absolutely recommend supporting this business! I came in with a screw in my tire. This was the second shop I tried to fix it. I explained my situation, and Richard without hesitation offered to get it done ASAP. There were many jobs for the day, but he made sure to squeeze me in so I could travel home after the holidays. That shop probably saved my life. They were professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Highly recommend!

  MADNESS! INSANITY! ABSOLUTE RIDICULOUSNESS! UTTER OBSCENITY! I made an appointment for an oil change and to have new tires put on. When I get there, they took 2.5 hours to tell me that THEY WERE OUT OF OIL AND WOULDN'T HAVE IT IN UNTIL NEXT MONTH Y'ALL. That's probably just because my car takes a super rare, uncommon oil though, right? INCORRECT, MY CAR TAKES 5W30 LITERALLY THE MOST COMMON OIL IN EXISTENCE. They also took this opportunity to tell me that they didn't have the key to get my wheels off of my car. Upon investigation, I discovered that this is A FORTY DOLLAR TOOL AND ALSO VERY COMMON. Anyways, I highly recommend this place if you do not need any service or tires, and if you want to deal with the most uncomfortable man you've ever met in your life just mumbling and mouth breathing while he wanders around with a clip board.
