I was told on the spot that I had to replace my tires immediately in order to pass inspection, and the pressure to make an instant decision felt really uncomfortable. Their prices were extremely high compared to other shops, clearly banking on convenience. What made the experience even worse was the inconsistency — I was first told they didn’t have the tires available, and then suddenly they did. The whole situation felt disorganized and, honestly, like they were playing games. Overall, it came across as a place where you’re expected to agree to every service they suggest based solely on their word, or else risk failing inspection. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.

The place I usually take my Audi to takes at least a week to get in and it’s always an issue getting an appointment. So not only did Monro find the source of the leak, they drove to a place to 40 minutes away to pick up the tires I needed, put them on, and did an alignment, ALL ON A SATURDAY WITH NO APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED!! They really saved my day and made me feel safe!! They were all super nice too!! THANK YOU MONRO!!
