  Fifteen days ago I went to this workshop that is in West Wien to do some things that occupied my car!! because they came they did what they wanted, I arrived and I told them that I want to change two front tires and Mr. Mechanico came and I changed the back tires which were good, the front tires were bad because it is inflated, now I have my car with those bad tires. And they told me that the back ones are super bad, which was not like that, I do not recommend that they take their I will drive to this workshop, since they do not listen to the client and do what they want, and in the end they did not solve anything for me and how expensive everything was.

  I’m not sure about other’s experiences but this place has always been fast and reliable with very great prices! They got my tires plugged in and out (like 20 min) and I’m very grateful for that so now I can make it to work😅👍🏼. I’ve also had my oil and my wheels aligned here and I can’t complain what so ever, still fast and reliable. I highly recommend!

  Avoid Monro Avalon & West View Locations I had an 8:00 AM appointment at the Avalon, PA location (which was supposed to open at 7:30 AM) but the door was locked without anyone visible. I wasn’t alone. There were three other customers also waiting, two of whom had appointments as well. I called customer service who reached out to the manager at that location. I was told the manager was assisting another customer at that time which was an obvious lie. At 8:15, customer service redirected me to the West View, PA location. I explicitly asked the technician multiple times, “Can you do my oil change immediately upon arrival?” and was assured the answer was yes. When I arrived, the technician was on a company-wide call and said he couldn’t help until it ended. Then he realized they didn’t even have the oil required for my vehicle and had to call another location to bring it over. After nearly 90 minutes, two locations, two failed appointments, I left without receiving any service at all. This experience was beyond frustrating and shows a COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER FOCUS. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to Monro and cannot recommend them to anyone.

  I went for an inspection. It was scheduled for 11am. They didn’t even start until 2:45pm and I didn’t get my car back until 6pm. It took 7 hours to inspect my vehicle and replace windshield wipers. When I finally got my vehicle back, I didn’t receive a single apology about the wait. On top of that, they charge $30 more than other shops. They are overpriced, slow, unprofessional and if I could give negative stars I would. I will never go back.
