All the personnel were friendly They said it would take about 1-1/2 hours for inspection and it was quite close to that time when I received the call and my car passed with no issues. Paying for only inspection and emissions was all I had to pay. I am definitely going to make the place I go from now on ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in and talked to Dianna, and she told me there would not be a charge if they could do it without having to take the whole headlight out. She called Kyle out, he came out immediately - smiling and ready to help. Kyle was able to get the bulb changed for me. He was very friendly and talked with me - not at me like a lot of mechanics do. I went back in and asked for a quote for tire prices. Not only did Dianna check the Monroe site, she also checked other sites to get me the best price. I would definitely recommend this Monroe to anyone. It's nice to go into a garage and be greeted with kindness and respect!
