Once there was a clicking in the engine and they charged to fix the power steering. It did not fix it because the clicking was caused by a dropped oil cap in the engine cavity. Stopped when it dislodged. They stated the transmission on a car was “done.” No shifting problems. Another mechanic confirmed this was not the issue and transmission was fine. Saved me thousands. They’ve completely lost my trust.
