Might want to find out why. 2. Look at all of the other reviews and especially the reviews with pics. That’s just a fraction of what is going on here. 3. Do they have any professional mechanic ever on staff? 4. This location regularly closes because there is only one single employee on the site. 5. They don’t even have the proper tools. 6. You are paying for them to learn on your vehicle. 7. ALL Jiffy Lube locations that are managed out of Sewickley are under various forms of investigation

While I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked to, it made sense because let me tell you they were BUSY!!!! I just happened to come at a busy time, there were probably 7 cars in line for an oil change. But I like to recognize good customer service and everyone who worked there was handling the rush extremely well navigating these cars and making sure to speak to everyone waiting. I was honestly impressed how well they were handling this rush. Also I have a Subaru I know the headlight is not easy to replace and they did it! Also I didn’t pay nearly as much as I thought I would have to after all that work it took them to replace my headlight. I wish I got their name because they did an excellent job. Most other places require appointment ahead of time for something like this and I just went in and got it fixed. You guys are awesome

ALSO REQUESTED IT FROM THE DISTRIC MANAGER WHO I WAS SUGGESTED TO CONTACT AND HAVE NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL SENT ON 10/20!! Total rip off, I paid 170 for an oil change and tire rotation on my daughters car! If I would have known it was that much I would have driven it the 3 hours home and had it done where I usually take my cars for $35.00 oil change and $20 tire rotation! Won't make that mistake again
